What generally happens at an AGM is:

Approval of Honorary Membership list as put forward by the current committee
Election of the new committee
Any amendments to the constitution
Any decisions that the committee feel is for the entire society rather than 
just them.

Also the president and treasurer must give a report along with any other 
committee member that it is decided must give one.

That's about the jist of it.
