I bought some on Massdrop recently [1]. I haven't seen offers
for Matias keycaps often, though.
I guess the choice depends largely on where you are based
(Europe, US, …).

[1] Given my experience during the keyboard construction,
I suspect I could have problems replacing the caps, as the
switch-cap conjunction is quite tight. I probably should open
a separate thread to discuss that
