Unfortunately unless you get on some kind of limited-time group buy, the
only option for new caps is

where you have to buy a whole set and throw most of them away. If you're
lucky you might be able to get your hands on a used keyboard with Alps
caps (such as late-80s/early-90s Apple boards) and scavenge it for caps.

Another thing to watch for is that the kit's keycaps mount *very*
tightly on Matias switches. It can be difficult to get them off, so give
that a try before you buy a new set.
