Hi Christine,
If you are very lucky, you can park on the street.
However, probably the best bet is to use the Kings
parking place. I am not sure how much it will cost but
I can guarantee that it less than the fine that you
will get if your parking meter runs out and you are
caught - I talk from experience!
I have no idea on how long it will take from
Richlands. Depending on the parking arragements you
have in Richlands, maybe you could consider a bus or
train to town and back.
