I have a question on 'cross-referencing' in dictionaries. Suppose that you
refer entry A to entry B. And B is referred to entry C. What do you call the
act? 'Successive reference' or 'sequential reference'?

Dear colleagues,
Lexikos has been a GOLD open access journal for lexicography and
metalexicography since 2011, but in 2018 it took the next step: It has now
become
digital only. (And this while not losing its Web of Science Citation Index
status.) Congratulations!
All issues, including all back issues from 1991 onwards, are
freely available online.
(The next step would be to do away with the idea of a year‘book’, and to simply
publish material
as it becomes available after adjudication ;-)
