For Hbad workshop for AFSP selection on 18th - Madhav, Uma and Manoj will need
to anchor. Kingshuk and Akanksha would also be part of the team. I was thinking
of requesting Rashmi to pitch-in for a day.
Further to Nitika's mail, it would be necessary to prepare a first cut of the
design and questions for the 18th workshop today. So, please do discuss over
phone/mail and try.
5-6 who have dropped out from the Hbad w/s are mostly girls. So, we will need
to figure out some way of inviting them during the training and figuring out.
Do try to figure out possibilities.
For Amravati training Even getting Prabodidhini on 21st is proving to be
difficult. Siddhi of TDD is trying. And there is lot of back-end
planning/preparations to be done, so it would be best to reach on 21st evening.
Lets use more of phone and mail for planning till then. Even a teleconference,
if necessary.
Four teams should suffice, as each team will consist of 4-5 persons (even more
in some cases, and on some days), so the load can be distributed within the
teams as per planning.
We need to divide chapters amongst teams and connect each team over mail by the
evening today.
I was supposed to go to Ahmedabad from 16th to 20th - have cut it short to 2-3
days, 17th to 18th/19th. Will be in Amravati from 22nd to 24th, as there is a
Riyaaz external Tata Trust review meeting on 25th in Bhopal.That's it for

have only four teams, all of them will be busy in sessions throughout the day,

Could we meet a day earlier in Amravati? Reach on 20th evening instead of 21st
evening? That way everyone will be well-rested and also familiar with the
space. The team members will get time to discuss things and orient themselves.
It will be good to have two full days (21st and 22nd) - in case we realise

We need to tell the Prabodhini people to make arrangements that are appropriate
for hands-on sessions. We will need a lot of old newspapers to place on the
ground - they are really paranoid about their walls and floors - as they try to
maintain an image of a corporate-type "posh" space.
Spoke to some people who run a school in Amravati. We will be able to ask them
for suggestions to source things locally and any other arrangements like
accommodation if needed.
