I am really sorry. I should have thought before confirming for Hoshangabad.
I feel we need more teams - as there will be four parallel sessions - if we
have only four teams, all of them will be busy in sessions throughout the
day, without a single gap. At least one more team is needed.
Could we meet a day earlier in Amravati? Reach on 20th evening instead of
21st evening? That way everyone will be well-rested and also familiar with
the space. The team members will get time to discuss things and orient
themselves. It will be good to have two full days (21st and 22nd) - in case
we realise there are more last-minute arrangements. What do you feel? Or at
least some of us reach by 20th evening?
We need to tell the Prabodhini people to make arrangements that are
appropriate for hands-on sessions. We will need a lot of old newspapers to
place on the ground - they are really paranoid about their walls and floors
- as they try to maintain an image of a corporate-type "posh" space.
Spoke to some people who run a school in Amravati. We will be able to ask
them for suggestions to source things locally and any other arrangements
like accommodation if needed.
