Good you spoke to them Nitika.
Both Yogesh and Pratik have an MBA. I read your comment that they have no idea
about doing experiments. I think people who have an MBA would not be suitable -
so we could exclude them right away. Ditto for those who have worked in
marketing and IT related/BPO jobs - unless they have indicated an interest in
education in the application or CV (mostly no one).
There are some people with a BSc, MSc, BEd, BE, BTech - some freshers, few
people with experience in working with NGOs and some who have been teaching in
schools, who can be contacted first.
What do you think?
