I don't think it's relevant here but do upgrade to 2.63 (or later).
Secondly check the Configuration for your desktop - double click on !Boot and
then on Compatibility. See what you have ticked. Make sure "Accept known
obsolete formats" is ticked - and check. If that works OK ask Martin if he can
update the FileEnsure and ProcMode files. You may have to reduce some of the
protection offered by RO6 until such time as such files are updated.
