There's been at least one small experimental LOX/LH2 in-space maneuvering
engine -- with a *very* long nozzle and an Isp in the 480s -- that had
significant condensation in its exhaust. As with many such things, while
in principle the onset of condensation ought to be the limit, in practice
pushing things a little farther does improve things a bit more.
