I would put an oring between the phenolic liners then put the whole
propellant stack under compression. A half inch bolt was threaded through
the fwd bulkhead onto an inner aluminum disk. The bolt would be tightened
to put the stack under compression.
Worked in my 4 inch motors and Urinsco's 6 inch motors.
