(Sorry for the delay, i just caught up on the old digest.)
About 20 years ago, Pioneer Astronautics/Pioneer Rocketplane got
a version of Post from an school in India.
The code was written or modified to run on a MSDOS machine
(C:\ for files) and looked like it was supposed to be compiled in
MSFortran.
It was a mess. The variables were passed between modules in blocks of
memory then assigned different variable names in the new module.
It seemed to be a deprecated feature in Fortran (FORTRAN).
f2c wasn't much help.
I guess my suggestion is you might look for foreign suppliers of
post, or would that also run afoul of ITAR ?
