I have been working on a nanosat launcher.  We wrote our own 6 dof 

simulator/optimizer (for certain values of "optimizer") to make sure 

it would work.

Also, there are a number of other small aerospace companies who might have 
access to it whom you can contact/contract for service. Sometimes you can
