Earlier I suggested a simple COTS swamp cooler squirrel cage driving by a
115VAC electric motor driven by a V belt,
But realistically, in the open such as in this case the flame burnt out
harmlessly so it's debatable if any GSE is necessary
especially with the correct propellant timing which wasn't the case in the
video. A simple matter to correct in future launches.
