I just loaded up Solidworks to have a crack at CAD for that injector, and I
noticed that quite a bit of the injector blueprints are cut off, especially
on the hot-gas side of the side view. I'd love to be able to make an
accurate injector which I can have machined, and I somehow don't think
estimating the dimensions is a very good idea. Where did you get the
blueprints from, if I may?
