Note that launchers like Electron are optimized for things rather larger
than cubesats. There aren't actually that many *paying* customers for
launching cubesats, which are mostly cash-starved university projects; the
money is (well, is hoped to be) in launching somewhat-larger smallsats for
commercial ventures.
