Mike
Thank you relaying this sad news. I saw Chuck two years ago at the North
American Space Symposium. Sat right beside him. He asked me to take his
picture when he was making a presentation.
Chuck pushed the limits. I first ran into him during at the old L5 Society
conferences. It’s a great lost to the New Space community.
God Bless him.

Don't know if you all have seen it, because arocket seems to have again ceased
transmitting to me, but Chuck Lauer passed away on March 28, 2021.

Chuck was a friend of mine for nearly 20 years, and was, IMHO, the most
energetic, enthusiastic, and indefatigable NewSpace entrepreneur of all time.
His visionary projects were always backed by a depth of research and knowledge
that kept him in the top ranks of the space entrepreneurs. He was known and
respected in Japan and Europe, as well.
It's a great loss to us all. Rest in peace, my friend. And Ad Astra.
