Michael, looks to be standard corporate requirements of legalese.
I have much the same attached as a footer on my work email, not hugely
surprising in industry.

ceased transmitting to me, but Chuck Lauer passed away on March 28, 2021.

Chuck was a friend of mine for nearly 20 years, and was, IMHO, the most
energetic, enthusiastic, and indefatigable NewSpace entrepreneur of all
time. His visionary projects were always backed by a depth of research and
knowledge that kept him in the top ranks of the space entrepreneurs. He
was known and respected in Japan and Europe, as well.
It's a great loss to us all. Rest in peace, my friend. And Ad Astra.
