Screen savers do work, but the monitor only shuts it self down after 2
hours.
DPMS screen blanking isn't implemented in current shipping ROMs, but has
subsequently been added based on user feedback. The next OS update will
include this functionality, and is currently in testing.
My goal is to release a number of OS updates and SPs for machines over the
summer, although this will probably be staggered due increased workloads
stemming from staff holidays (June/July).
I suspect first "out of the blocks" will be the Titanium USB overhaul for
TiMachine/Support Scheme users as that's really quite important. ARMX6
DPMS will follow (also including some LanMan/Omni improvements). SPs will
probably come after that, hopefully covering ARMini/ARMiniX too. Time
permitting, there may be an ARMiniX OS update to finish the summer
