above book is now available for purchase from Amazon. Not cheap at
GBP20.00. I'm hoping it's worth the price, though for those not so

Interestingly the author has managed to get Amazon to call him "Mr Bruce
Smith"
Since RISC OS has not changed much, there must be a lot of tutorial
material available from way back.
