Just a by-the-way that EFF superseded the 1997 CD with
"EFF Professional Typography 2 CD" in 1999. The second edition
contains everything that was on the 1997 CD, *corrected* where
necessary, and adds 300 additional fonts. So if you have both CDs,
scrap the 1997 one.
Same situation with the competing CDs from ISV: its "Typography" CD
(1996) is superseded by "Professional Typography Expert 2100" (1998),
which corrects errors and adds many further fonts.
