For things that don't, my PCKeys 2 module (*not* PCKeys 1, which is something totally different) will allow the Delete, End and Home keys to be re-mapped on an application-by-application basis. The recommendation is that you use an app's built-in option if at all possible, and fall back to PCKeys if there isn't one.
