How do I get <alt><break> on the ARMBook?

I'm sure I've seen the explanation somewhere but can't
find it.

The thing to remember is that on most keyboards, the
Break key is also marked "Pause".

I've just looked at my various keyboards and found that the one which came
with my RISC PC is marked this way. The concept has obviously been with us
for a great many years.
