For the same reason that - until recently - I didn't raise questions about
NetTime. i.e. Because I can't recall any documentation about it or being
told it would do that. Now you and Andrew have mentioned it, I'll give it a
try.

Doesn't change the concern I raised if others use NetTime, though.
