Sound is too high pitched.
Just to follow this up, I have been playing audio CDs on TiMachine this
morning to help a Support Scheme member. With the stock (ie. as supplied)
boot sequence etc, there should be no problem playing CD-music via that
software at correct frequency etc. This may be a useful test?
Other software may vary, as modern hardware may not be happy with low
sample rates, but I suggest contacting me privately about other apps as
needed.
The "VFP accelerated" version of !Mplayer tends to play audio "too slowly"
(ie. everything sounds gravelly), so we use the non-VFP one on Ti.
