 -N option:

plain tagen to get some values to compare
-> targen.exe -v9 -d2 -f100 -cpre.conditioned.profile.540.Merged.icm name
      after executing comand 10 times I got
After optimization: MinPoint = 18.897, Min = 13.424, Avg. = 21.065, Max = 28.331 or After optimization: MinPoint = 19.882, Min = 12.843, Avg. = 21.151, Max = 27.051

-> targen.exe -v9 -d2 -f100 -cpre.conditioned.profile.540.Merged.icm _-N1.5_ name After optimization: MinPoint = 18.286, Min = 14.039, Avg. = 22.843, Max = 45.804
    looks like targen tries to work with N = 1.5

-> targen.exe -v9 -d2 -f100 -cpre.conditioned.profile.540.Merged.icm _-N5.5_ name targen: Warning - Too many nodes are failing to be inserted - reshuffling and re-starting targen: Error - Failed to re-seed the veronoi after 100 tries - too many node insertion failures ?
    targen accept any positive number
