I think you might have to do it by hand.
But, for creating
ccmx profile, I need also spectral references, right? So I can't
produce ccmx correction file without using spectrometer
instrument; is

You only need the XYZ values, but the reference instrument needs to
have a better accuracy for the device than the colorimeter you are
trying to correct. So you either need a laboratory grade colorimeter,
or a spectrometer.
