Since you've start with Argyll CMS, you could compare printer and your photos gamuts: tiffgamut -ir -pj imageprofile.icc jewelry.tif iccgamut -ir -pj Printer.icc viewgam -cr -s -t0.5 printer.gam -cg -s -t0.5 jewelry.gam compare.wrl Then just open .wrl file by vrml viewer. The printer gamut will be red, the jeverly gamut will be green. You could directly view out-of-gamut areas. This method allows you compare different printers gamuts in comparison with your requests. The tiffgamut can join up the several images gamuts in one, just add the filenames you need after first tiff file in tiffgamut line. -----Original Message----- From: Geert Janssens <info@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To: argyllcms@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: Sat, 21 Feb 2009 16:21:12 +0100 Subject: [argyllcms] Re: Printer: CMYK or CcMmYK or ...
