I use PS driver only.

So strange is also if I use option "BLACK GRAY BY K" or "BLACK GRAY BY CMY+K" 
got the same results.
I do it all the time, and now this is new situation.
With Mac computers I never had problems.
But with Windows 7 always.

Never ending problems.
