Hi,

I had omitted the blank following the "-Z". Sorry!

the space is optional.

However, whatever I specify with the second -Z parameter, it always says
"reflective,
glossy, positive, color" in the ICC-Profile (see attachment).

Obviously I do understand something wrong.

works for me with V1.8.3 on MSWin:

  colprof test
  iccdump test
    Header:
      ....
Dev. Attrbts = Reflective, Glossy, Positive, Color
      Rndrng Intnt = Relative Colorimetric

  colprof -Zp -Zt test
  iccdump test
    Header:
      ....
Dev. Attrbts = Transparency, Glossy, Positive, Color
      Rndrng Intnt = Perceptual

  colprof -Zs -Zm test
  iccdump test
    Header:
      ....
Dev. Attrbts = Reflective, Matte, Positive, Color
      Rndrng Intnt = Saturation

  colprof -Za -Zn -Zb test
  iccdump test
    Header:
      ....
Dev. Attrbts = Reflective, Glossy, Negative, BlackAndWhite
      Rndrng Intnt = Absolute Colorimetric

What version and exactly what platform are you using ?

Graeme Gill.
