Hi, I've been using argyll to create rgp profiles using a dtp20 for about a month now. I like the profiles it creates much better than those created by the ColorElite software that came with the device. I espcially like the fact that I can make larger targets to improve accuracy. But I have been having problems reading charts from the dtp20 in either tethered or read wirelessly. I frequently get communications errors and have to start over. If I'm doing a 1 or 2 page chart, it is not so much of a problem because I can keep running it until it succeeds. But when I do 3 or 4 page charts, I often cannot complete them because I get the following message: "Got 'Communication protocol breakdown' (Wrong number of parameters) error. I have restarted the computer, stopped extra programs etc. I currently have a 4 page chart on the DTP20 that I would like to process. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks, Bob Argyll 1.03 DTP20 ver. 1.03 Windows XP Pro SP3
