[argyllcms] Missing patches. What can I do?

Hi everyone,
I'm doing a profile for a friend in another city. Unfortunately, he forgot to print one of the target TIFFs I sent him. I was wondering if I could scan in everything else I have and still generate a profile? 
How would I tell Argyll to ignore the missing patches?
