I'm using a Colormunki for the measurements. I did exactly that before emailing the list... I exited chartread with the missing strips.
Without having done any modifications yet, in the .TI3 file I see "NUMBER_OF_SETS 1520" while my .TI2 file says "NUMBER_OF_SETS 1600". I just ran colprof -ql for a quick test and got no errors.
I ran profcheck after and got thisProfile check complete, errors(CIEDE2000): max. = 6.917093, avg. = 0.588517, RMS = 0.763636
