I believe that following installation the spectro will default to the X-Rite
software. I don't know about Mac OS but in Windows you should be able to use
the device manager to change the driver setting so that it recognizes the
Argyll driver. Directions are here:
http://www.argyllcms.com/doc/Installing_MSWindows.html When I first installed ;
my i1 spectro in Windows some years ago I had the same issue but Graeme's
instructions worked just fine. You can go back to using i1 Studio if you want
by just reverting to the X-Rite driver.

Subject: [argyllcms] I1Studio
I just got my new I1 Studio and unfortunately I can't use it with Argyll, most
likely because I intalled the I1Studio software and drivers. My I1 Display Pro
worked fine, so I tought it would be the same.
Any chance I can make it work without removing the software and drivers?
If so how?
Thanks,
