There is something strange about the 2011-06-23 profile. The gamut is huge
and distorted (on the red-axis) in the new profile, which may suggests a
mis-measurement by your instrument. If you are using a colorimeter instead
of a spectophotometer with your wide-gamut monitor, that may explain it. Yet
since it was working before, maybe the hardware just broke in the past 3
months?
Try the software that came with your instrument. That should help determine
if this is an Argyll problem or a hardware problem.
Also make sure to file a bug on Bugzilla about Firefox rejecting the profile
(attach problem ICC file to the bug). If the profile is valid, Firefox
shouldn't be rejecting it.
