[argyllcms] Firefox and profile madness

Hello list,
I've just created another profile for my display - did it 3 months ago,
repeated it today.
The profile done 3 months ago works fine in Firefox 4, the one I've done
today doesn't.
I know that LUT profiles don't work, so I've created curves+matrix
profile... see attached profiles.
I did repeat the process with single curve profile, same result - ignored by
Firefox.
The only difference is - I've used larger profile chart this time... but it
should not matter, right?
