Also...as it turned out, leaving off the dash in front of the v caused dispcal
to ignore everything else on the command line and just create a v.cal file with
default options. That's totally my own stupidity, of course, but it might save
the next poor schmuck a bit of time if dispcal were a bit more strict in its
parsing of the command line options.
