[argyllcms] Feature request

So, I accidentally started dispcal with ``dispcal v [...]'' rather than
``dispcal -v [...]'' and so I have no idea how much longer I have to wait.
Any chance you could add a signal handler to anything that might run for more
than a few seconds that would toggle verbosity? Or maybe just something that
will print a status line when tickled? That way, I could do a killall -INFO
dispcal (from another machine, of course) and not be quite so much in the dark.
