The standard way to remove drivers is to use the Device Manager. Here's a MSFT
document outlining the procedure:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/install/using-device-manager-to-uninstall-devices-and-driver-packages
I don't use any X-Rite software other than the Passport camera profiling one so
i1Pro drivers were never installed. As a result I did not have any problems in
installing the Argyll driver when I updated to Win 10 earlier this year.

Subject: [argyllcms] DTP94 LibUSB problem on Windows 10
I could not get Windows 10 to “bind” to the DTP94 using :
C:\Windows\Users\Roger\AppData\Roaming\DisplayCAL\dl\Argyll_v2.1.1\usb\bin\x86\lbusb0.sys
Don't know what to say only that Windows returned an "error" trying to install
the device driver with no further explanation ☹
Then I tried plugging in my i1pro and the instrument showed up under X-Rite
Devices. "Naturally", even if I disabled the driver, I could not "bind" the
instrument to libusb0.sys because the instrument no longer showed up in the
list of devices -- darn. And as soon as I unplugged it and plugged it back, it
went straight to the X-Rite driver.
I tried my luck with my old i1display and got the same result.
This is on my SurfacePro tablet on which I must have installed some application
that installed the X-Rite drivers at some point? So there must be a way to
"uninstall" the X-Rite drivers.... I'm going to try to read up on how to do
that but if anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears!
