I called oeminst with -c.

It tells me that it will/would write only the above mentioned file.
Sorry, I don't have my test system at hand, so I cannot copy the
exact wording.

Ditto.

But I managed to get all five ccss files by extracting the inno/cab
files manually, and calling oeminst for each .edr file separately.
