Dear Klaus, Gerarhd und Graeme, My first results with logo2cgats are not proving a success. I'm getting 'segmentation fault' error. The output log is as follows: > ~/desktop/argyll_osx10/bin : logo2cgats -2 -V -l400% mesures_eci.txt eci > Single source file, assumed dev/cie/spectral > Assumed to be a CMYK device > Read device values > We've got a combined device + cie/spectral file > Read CIE values > Segmentation fault Here's an excerpt the measurement file: > ECI2002 > ORIGINATOR "" > DESCRIPTOR "Output Characterisation" > PRINT_CONDITIONS "" > CREATED "1/3/2006" # Time: 19:52 > INSTRUMENTATION "Manufacturer=GretagMacbeth ModelNumber=iCColor > SerialNumber=3174" > MEASUREMENT_SOURCE "Illumination=D50 ObserverAngle=2 degree WhiteBase=Abs > Filter=none DensityStd=ISO 5-3 Status T Backing=White " > KEYWORD "SAMPLE_NAME" > NUMBER_OF_FIELDS 12 > BEGIN_DATA_FORMAT > SAMPLE_ID SAMPLE_NAME CMYK_C CMYK_M CMYK_Y CMYK_K XYZ_X > XYZ_Y XYZ_Z LAB_L LAB_A LAB_B > END_DATA_FORMAT > NUMBER_OF_SETS 1485 > BEGIN_DATA > 171 A01 0.00 100.00 20.00 0.00 32.84 16.80 14.84 > 48.01 73.29 -2.55 > > 170 A02 0.00 85.00 20.00 0.00 40.29 24.09 22.84 > 56.18 62.69 -5.90 > > 169 A03 0.00 70.00 20.00 0.00 46.76 31.53 29.29 > 62.95 52.52 -5.50 > > 168 A04 0.00 55.00 20.00 0.00 54.15 40.71 35.31 > 69.97 41.96 -2.51 > > 167 A05 0.00 40.00 20.00 0.00 60.85 51.08 40.96 > 76.73 29.19 1.51 > > 166 A06 0.00 30.00 20.00 0.00 66.95 60.97 45.62 > 82.36 18.79 5.42 > > 165 A07 0.00 20.00 20.00 0.00 72.63 70.07 49.21 > 87.03 10.85 9.28 > I have to confess that the original measurement data did not come from MeasureTool but from PrintOpen. I tried feeding the PrintOpen file directly into logo2cgats but gave up when I got the following error message: > Input file 'mesures4M.txt' doesn't contain exactly one tablelogo2cgats: Error > - Field SampleName (SAMPLE_NAME) from CMYK/RGB file 'mesures4M.txt' is wrong > type So I opened the PO5 into MeasureTool and resaved as a GMB file. Obviously, my eci.ti3 file was empty :( I'll experiment some more... Roger Breton | Laval, Canada | graxx@xxxxxxxxxxxx http://pages.infinit.net/graxx
