Regarding htpps (ssl) documentation and source can be found at :

Js and Https can be work fine on dos ( see elinks ported for dos ) , 
but cause to space added to core.exe , can be used DPMI for save low 
memory area.
This meaning to abandone BCC compiler and use a new compiler like 
DJJPP or OpenWATCom supporting DPMI.
Bcc it's quite older, and it's time to migrate to new compiler..

As for SSL and DPMI... I have no idea what these acronymes stand 
for.

But I volunteer for testing and using... you know that.
