[HG-PBEM] Some more stuff

John asked a good question that I figured everyone would like in on
the answer.

The team's been formed for a while, but the death of their ace pilot three
seasons ago put a severe damper on the team. All the PCs are in one way or
another, new to the team. Jory is the only gear pilot from the original
team; the others all left for other teams. (Something that I will exploit
later in the campaign.) Billy is the //youthful// pilot of the team (Skill
2 for gear piloting and gunnery, but skill 1 for gear dueling) that "holds
the money" for the Redliners new financial backers, Clan Diggs, so he's
new. The pit crew's comprised of "oldtimers", except for Aaron's
character. Also, the security team is new by two seasons or so, except for
Jonus. Everyone else is long time.
As for the PCs, all strted with the last season or at the start of the
game. Scott asked that his character be an established new member.
Robb's character will be starting out in an orientation meeting with the
mechanics. However, that's about it for right now. Anyone else that
has some preferences on starting points; contact me.
Everyone, keep asking questions if you need to. This is good. It is
making sure that I've filled the gaps.
