Actually, combining those Wimp messages into one makes more sense. It's
easier to make AntiSpam decide what to do that way anyway. They start out
as one SWI call from Messenger, so why split them up?

It might be useful to have three messages: send, fetch, and do both.
Could conceivably be useful for other apps.  I can't see any harm in
having them there if they aren't used at present.
