I cannot help with the MPro stuff, but I am using AS1.68b6 here to
fetch & send emails with SSL/TLS ... but with Pluto.

so I have no idea where AntiSpam is finding
AcornSSL 1.06 (03 Jun 2020) mbedTLS 2.16.8
which is now in memory....

and that is the latest version, which is probably the one from
!AntiSpam.AcornSSL.
