you still can select only one bar or even less.
go to the beginning of the place that you want the transposing to happen, then
press F9 and then play until the end of the place
that you want to select and then press F10.
in this way, you have selected only the area you want to transpose.
then do what I was said in the previous in

hi sheikh, this method requires to select the hole track but i wanted to
transpose one bar of that track only.

select the area and go to process menu by pressing alt plus .
then choose transpose
in the opened window, you have to type 2 in the edit field as sonar
transposing command works upon semi tone.
press tab once and tick the audio box and then ok it.
bear in mind that if you were not happy of the quality of the sound, let me
know. we may have other solutions.
