[amc] Youth Schlitterbahn Trip

We are going to be going to Schlitterbahn this Tuesday for the summer
youth outing!
The Church is going to pick up the tickets for any church member that
goes, along with one ticket for a friend outside of the church. This
is an opportunity to invite someone outside of our church to one of
our events totally guilt free.
We are going to be meeting at the church at 8:00 am. I will be
bringing our van (which seats 7), and plan to leave the church shortly
after 8:00 am after making any possibly necessary transportation
adjustments.
Should we gather together 15 or more people, we will be buying the
tickets at Schlitterbahn to get their group rate. All these tickets
must be bought at the same time to qualify. Otherwise, we will be
buying the tickets at HEB.
This means if any of the "youthful" i.e. non-youth-but-want-to-go
folks may be leaving later, I really need to know so as to purchase
your tickets!
Snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water will be provided, along with
some limited Lunch items (sandwhich makings and such).
If you are planning to go, it would be very helpful if you email me or
call so I can get a head count and scale the stacks and soft drinks
appropriately.
