The overmolded thread feed rollers were designed to improve the accuracy and
quality of the thread delivery to the garment for even higher quality and
crispier embroidery.
* Highly improved wear characteristics. These rollers, if maintained properly,
will show less overall wear, especially on the roller surface over time.
* Higher accuracy in the thread delivery and hence crispier stitches through
higher wear resistance and increased thread holding power to reduce any thread
slippage.
* Less wear and thread slippage results in a great reduction of potential
looping of the upper thread on the garment.
* Cleaner looking and higher quality embroidery especially on small-stitch
embroidery designs and lettering.
* Elimination of the potential issue with the thread slipping out from in
between the thread feed and the pinch roller.
These are currently in stock at MelcoMart and a set of 16 can be purchased for
$58.00, this set only includes the rollers, not the covers or the pinch rollers.
