Hi Roland,
I think I have the bottle you have described on hand and I has since called the technician in to help. He also asked me to turn off the bobbin sensor and I did and finally my design sewed all the way to the end. That was a relieve.
I have not asked Melco for the updated version of the design shop or OS. I am not sure what was out recently. I remember the group talking about it and I did not pay attention as I did not start up the shop yet. Now I am in full blast and need to find out what is what and better get the version in quick.
I wil try and call you tomorrow to talk if this is okay with you.
Thank you once again for your help.

The machine oil 'applicator' is a clear tube about 1" wide and 4" long-with a brass 'needle' couple inchs long coming out of the cap. Ours is bent to make it easier to get the tip into the bobbin assembly area. There is a 'refill' bottle I believe but I'm not sure what that looks like-haven't had to refill our applicator yet!
