You can download Freehand for free it is a vector program.Adobe Illustrator is
also an option,Photoshop is a raster based program.You should be able to trace
your artwork in DS by just inputing your points just like digitizing.Aonther
option is using the "Vector Doctor" I have never used his services but I have
heard nothing but good things about him.You could also use Corel Draw.
